The two things that fail on other bags are the two things we cover. If a strap or zipper on your Day Tote fails within one year of delivery — through normal daily use — we replace the bag. Free.
To claim: email a photo of the issue and your order number to style.nouva@gmail.com. No original box needed, no receipt hunt. Most claims are approved same day.
Not covered: cosmetic wear, damage from misuse, and bags bought secondhand.
