We want your Nouva bag to be part of your everyday life for more than a season.
If a strap or zipper on your Nouva handbag fails within 6 months of delivery during normal use, contact us and we'll replace the bag at no charge.
To make a claim: email a photo of the issue and your order number to style.nouva@gmail.com. You do not need the original box.
What is covered: manufacturing-related strap and zipper failures during normal use within 6 months of delivery.
What is not covered: normal cosmetic wear, accidental damage, misuse, alterations, or bags purchased secondhand.
