Will the straps hold up with daily use?

Yes. The failure point on most totes is where strap meets bag. Ours are riveted and double-stitched at every anchor point, and covered by a 1-year warranty either way.

What about the zippers?

Every zipper is quality-tested before the bag is packed, and covered by the same 1-year warranty as the straps.

Does it smell like chemicals out of the box?

No. We use low-odor materials and air every bag before it ships. If you notice any scent, it fades within a day of unpacking.

Will the color match the photos?

Yes — that's a promise, not a hope. All photos are shot in neutral daylight, unfiltered. If your bag doesn't match, return it free within 30 days.

Are the pockets actually usable?

They're full-hand-width. Phone, keys, cards, and charger each get their own spot you can reach without looking.

Can food leak onto my laptop?

No. This is the whole point of the design. The insulated compartment is sealed and leakproof, and it is physically separated from the laptop sleeve. They don't share a wall you should worry about.
