7 days, no interrogation.

If the Day Tote isn't right — wrong color, wrong size for your life, or the in-person color doesn't match our photos — send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

What we ask: unused condition, original packaging, wristlet pouch included.

How: reply to your order confirmation email or write to hello@nouva.com. We'll send a prepaid return label. Refunds land within 5-7 business days of the bag reaching us.

Color-match returns are always on us. That's part of the true-color guarantee.
